Gold Coast Motorhome Hire terms and conditions
To confirm a booking Gold Coast Motorhome Hire requires a 50% deposit on the day of booking. The other 50% is payable one month prior to travel.
Security bond is payable week of departure.
This amount will change depending on the motorhome selected and this will be discussed with you on the day of booking.
Gold Coast Motorhome Hire do not refund your 50% deposit, but can offer you a credit note for use with us in the future either for yourself or a designated friend or family member. This credit note is valid three months from cancellation.
Early return policy:
There will be no refund on early returns, however the vehicle is able to be returned early provided that this is communicated to Gold Coast Motorhome Hire.
Extension and non-return policy:
If you would like to extend the booking, please call us as soon as possible with your credit card details for payment. Extensions are subject to availability.
Minimum four day hire. Hire is charged per calendar day. The day of pick-up is counted as the first day and drop off day is counted as the last day of hire.
Pick up is at designated time (TBA) and return before 4 pm on return date.
Please call us as soon as you are aware that you will be late returning the vehicle. If arrangements have not been made or no contact has occurred with us regarding a late return or extension, the vehicle will be reported to the Police as stolen after 24 hours past the expected return time.
Driver must be 25 years of age or over and hold a current and full Driver Licence.
